Planned Acts of Christian Kindness

WHO: The PACK concept was developed by Steve Sjogren, the founding Pastor of Vineyard Community Church, in Cincinnati Ohio.

WHAT: PACK stands for Planned Acts of Christian Kindness and is described in Sjogren's book, 101 Ways to Reach Your Community. He outlines 101 simple projects to reach out to the people in our community and share our love, faith, and Good News of Jesus Christ through servant evangelism.  If the opportunity presents itself, a personal testimony can be offered.  While only a small number of us have the gift of evangelism, 100 percent of us have the responsibility to the Great Commission being "prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks us to give the reason for the hope that we have".

1 Peter 3:15 But in your hearts set apart Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect

WHEN:   Events will be held each 4-6 weeks on a Saturday morning.

HOW: Participants will be divided into Teams comprised of 4-5 GPC members and a team leader.  Different events will be held every 4-6 weeks and will require about 2 hours of your time.

Faith is like love, it doesn't come to life until we give it away!
